Father’s Day Weekend. So what’s on the agenda? Are you going out to dinner Saturday night with your spouse? Or is this just another Hallmark holiday with little or no meaning? Howver, you choose to spend the weekend, one great way to bone up on the interesting things going on the world is to join me and D.R. McCale on Kicking the Anthill, presented by
heard from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Saturday evenings on AM 930, KLUP, or on the web at http://www.KLUP.com. If you prefer participatory radio, we’d love to hear from you. You can call us at 210-308-8867 (toll free, 866-308-8867) or you can email us at Drexel@KickingTheAnthill.com.
This is what you’ll hear this weekend. To start off, I’ll talk to Matt Lewis of Townhall.com to talk about Senator Clinton leaving the race and the prospects for the two remaining candidates as the general election begins to unfold.

In the second hour we’ll talk to Prioleau Alexander (pronounced Pray-Low). Prioleau is the author of YOU WANT FRIES WITH THAT? A WHITE COLLAR BURNOUT EXPERIENCES LIFE AT MINIMUM WAGE. In this book, this former Marine officer and advertising executive chronicles his choice to leave the rat race and his decision to work a series of minimum wage jobs.

Have you seen the FEED THE PIG ad campaign on TV? I first saw it during the Super Bowl back in February. It’s still on. I was curious about it so I called them up. Michael Eisenberg is their spokesman and so we’ll talk about the campaign and some of the little things we can do during these economically hard times.

We’ll also talk about the requirement for digital tv coming next year with Time Warner’s Jon Gary Herrera, Barack Obama’s lack of faith in America, Big Brown and social networking websites.
