Happy Thanksgiving:This is my favorite holiday of the year: no pressure for presents, just family, food and togetherness. So I’m sure you’ll be busy enjoying one of America’s great traditions. But, if you’ve had your fill of football, turkey or Aunt Betty and need a break, we’d love to have you listen-in today.Our guest today will be Brian Welch, aka “Head,” the former lead guitarist for the heavy metal rock band KORN. Brian was a walking metaphor for everything bad you think about heavy metal rock stars–fathering children out of wedlock, and a methamphetamines addict. But, life is a funny place to live and along the way Brian found God and has quit the band and dedicated himself to being a good father to his daughter and serving the Lord. Brian will share his story with us today.D.R. and I will also talk about wether or not the “system” is really broken in Washington. The presidential candidates keep saying it is, so it must be, right? There’s a good chance we’ll kick the anthill of conventional wisdom.We’ll also talk about America’s lack of desire to pay the price required to be secure, the top 50 TV icons of all time and we’ll have a small confession to make.
